Greyfriars Apartment - Clacton-on-Sea

Rooms were modern and extremely spacious, the location was stunning! Staff were amazing and amicable all the time. Enjoyed a shampoo and conditioner, available in the bathroom.

Good location, helpful host, bright and new-fashioned room, everything you need. Looking forward to my next comfortable stay in this apartment for a November visit.

It has large rooms and convenient location next to hill as well as also the beach.

Nice to have central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card available. Amicable and thorough staff, keep it up.

Really great stay for a November visit. Bright rooms, in back bedroom. Thorough staff, always smiling. Situated in an incredible and stunning spot. Set in a secure area not far from beach as well as the seafront.

We loved location; it was central.

The staff and owner were amazing and treated us like family. Enjoyed having an electric kettle, a microwave, and a sofa bed.- The setting in a quiet street was great.- The location was perfect, just next door to the beach, shops, town centre, and pier.

We had a fantastic stay here in November, the location was convenient, the staff were helpful, and the room we had was bright and reasonably spacious, plus we really liked the host.

The apartment was spotless and really comfortable, with cosy beds for a great night's sleep. the owner was super helpful, quick to respond to questions, and provided nice added extras like tea/coffee/milk and toiletries. the location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and it was just across the road from the dog-friendly beach.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, with modern furniture and tasteful touches. the location was great, close to the town center and the beach. the added extras like tea and coffee, biscuits, and bottled water were a pleasant surprise.

We experienced a few issues during our stay. we were given the wrong code for the keybox, leaving us stuck outside in the cold.

This place is conveniently located in a safe area near the city center, and the staff is very attentive.
